We recently came across some great information from residents of Sun River - the neighborhood that borders Hunt Highway and Gilbert Roads - the site of the new proposed Casino.

They were able to obtain Site plans - which we have uploaded to our website at www.myREALpro.com - as well as a sample letter that residents can use to contact the GRIC (Gila River Indian Community) regarding the planned change in zoning to allow the casino to be built.
